What we collect

When you use this service, you provide information needed to draft your document(s): names, addresses, dates, and details specific to the document you're generating (for example, agent or trustee names, property descriptions, or health care directives). Payment information is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To generate the document(s) you purchase.
• To verify your payment before releasing those documents.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Your form responses are stored temporarily (currently 24 hours) so we can connect your payment to your document(s), then they expire automatically. We do not retain a permanent copy of your intake data after that window.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Temporary form storage is handled by Upstash. Consultation scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings. Each is bound by its own privacy and security practices.

Your rights

Your form responses expire automatically as described above and are not retained beyond that window.
